For every BondCom deal or transaction, a website is created to meet the legal and operational requirements of the project. The project website acts as an interface to distribute information and documents to investors, their representatives, and financial intermediaries. It can also be designed to collect voluntarily provided information from these parties.
Live Ticker
The BondCom Ticker is a customizable reporting interface that provides the core working group with essential data regarding each transaction's progress. It is updated throughout each business day. The BondCom Ticker is accessible 24/7 via web browser in both desktop and mobile environments. It is customizable to display the name(s) and logo(s) of the issuer or its investment bankers.
Auction Platform
Investors and custodians can submit their offers and bids easily, securely, and confidently via a personalized, secure, and password-protected website. This platform automatically matches bids submitting with necessary blocking instructions, transmitted via SWIFT by the relevant clearing systems.
Communications & SWIFT
BondCom is fully SWIFT-enabled and compatible with ISO-compliant messaging. This direct link to the global financial system ensures that all instructions received by Euroclear and Clearstream, or other CSDs are instantly forwarded to and received by BondCom on an ongoing and live basis, and made available to our clients in real time.
In addition to SWIFT, BondCom’s communication channels include HTTPs, sFTP, and secure file transfers.
